SHIPPING POLICY


Processing begins the next business day after payment so we can verify the order and prepare secure packaging. The typical processing time is 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are treated as next-business-day orders.


Buyer pays shipping. Live carrier rates are shown at checkout.


Estimated transit times after the first carrier scan:

Standard: 3 to 6 business days

Expedited: 2 to 3 business days

Express: 1 to 2 business days


A “label created” status may appear for 24 to 48 hours before the first carrier scan.


All orders ship with tracking and are compatible with Shop tracking. Tracking can be accessed through your confirmation email, your account page, or https://shop.app/track.


We currently ship within the United States. Standard services allow delivery to PO Boxes. Some expedited services may require a street address.


Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.


Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase and only if the order has not entered processing. Once shipped, packages cannot be rerouted.
