1. Who we are
   “Scent Syndicate™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Scent Syndicate™ (legal name: [insert legal name]) operating the website scentsyndicate.shop.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. If under 18, a parent or guardian must review and approve your purchase.
3. Products and authenticity
   Scent Syndicate™ sells authentic designer fragrances. Brand names and trademarks appear for identification purposes only and belong to their respective owners. Packaging, colors, batch codes, or formulas may vary by lot or region.
4. Pricing, taxes and availability
   Prices are listed in USD. Prices may change at any time. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, Scent Syndicate™ may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
5. Orders and payment
   By submitting an order, you authorize Scent Syndicate™ and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and delivery
   Processing begins the next business day. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday. Orders ship with tracking. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. Scent Syndicate™ is not responsible for delays outside our control.
   Customers are required to enter accurate shipping information. Carrier-returned packages caused by address errors may require a reship fee.
7. Returns, refunds and exchanges
   All sales are final. Scent Syndicate™ does not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference, allergy or sensitivity, or any opened or used products.
   We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
8. Lost, missing or stolen packages
   If a package is marked Delivered but not received, Scent Syndicate™ will help start a carrier investigation. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
   For packages with no tracking movement for 10 business days, we will assist with a carrier claim and resolve the order once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
9. Promotions, coupons and gift cards
   Promotions are limited time and may change without notice. Only one promotion may apply per order unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are final sale and nonrefundable.
10. User accounts and security
    Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information and for all activity under their account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
11. Reviews and user content
    By submitting content, you grant Scent Syndicate™ a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the Site and marketing.
12. Prohibited uses
    You may not misuse the Site, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, attempt to interfere with security, scrape or extract data, or engage in fraud.
13. Health and allergy disclaimer
    Fragrances contain aromatic compounds and alcohol. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Scent Syndicate™ is not liable for adverse reactions when the product is sound and authentic.
14. Intellectual property
    “Scent Syndicate™,” the Scent Syndicate™ name, branding, product images, and all content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
15. Third-party services
    The Site may link to third-party services such as payment processors or tracking platforms. Their terms and policies apply. Scent Syndicate™ is not responsible for third-party practices.
16. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent Syndicate™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
17. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Scent Syndicate™ harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
18. Governing law and venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts located in the District of Columbia.
19. Changes to the Terms
    Scent Syndicate™ may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply once posted. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the changes.
